SAI Maintenance & Support plans vary based on the equipment, availability requirements and facility location. We have plans to accommodate any budget requirements. Our on-site support offerings include:

Critical Care - Best Coverage!

Get hands-on support for your mission-critical systems to ensure their highest levels of availability and performance. Our Critical Care program gives you the ability to diagnose and fix problems quickly with the least impact on your users' production jobs. A four-hour target response time - from the time of dispatch for onsite help to the time a trained service professional arrives on-site, available 7x24x365.

Critical Care support features include Telephone Tech Support, Electronic Tech Support, Open Source Software Support, 3rd Party Application Support, an assigned SAI Technical Account Manager, Quarterly Account Reviews, and on-Site Spares.  Options that are available, so you can tailor Complete Care to meet your unique needs, include Remote Management, Hardware & Performance Monitoring, and Weekly System Operational Summary.

Complete Care

Get on-site support for your systems that ensures the continuity of your business. Our Complete Care program is suited to customers that need their systems operational during the standard business week and can't tolerate a day's outage. A twelve-hour target response time ensures that your system is up and running by the next business day (NBD).  A local trained RAI service professional is available Monday-Friday 7x24 to ensure your business systems don't turn your enterprise into a loss leader.

Complete Care maintenance features include Telephone Tech Support, Electronic Tech Support, Open Source Software Support, 3rd Party Application Support, and Semi-Annual Account Reviews.  Options that are available to round-out Complete Care include On-Site Spares, Remote Management, Hardware & Performance Monitoring, and Weekly System Operational Summary.

Standard Care

Get help when you need it and don't pay for the time when you don't need it!  Standard Care is designed to keep your system running and available when you are in the office. A technician is dispatched to your site the Next Business Day to get your system back online and supporting your users.  If you need to make that response window smaller and aren't willing to spend money to upgrade to Complete Care or Critical Care, consider adding Remote Care to pro-actively monitor your system and get ahead of hard failures that impact your business.

Standard Care maintenance features include Telephone Tech Support, Electronic tech Support, Open Source Software Support, 3rd Party Application Support, and an Annual Account Review.  Options that are available for Standard Care include On-Site Spares, Remote Management, Hardware & Performance Monitoring, and Weekly System Operational Summary.

Parts Care - Best Value!
If you have the technical expertise in house to handle maintenance issues, you can contract with us to supply parts and components.
